Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a talented team of sales managers and sales professionals while instilling the positive and unique values of our culture. You will be responsible for helping our sales team grow in their roles, instilling positive relationships across the company, and reaching shared goals. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, and partner success to drive an important part of Gray Group International’s business.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Responsible for delivering significant value to mid-market businesses, by solving customer challenges and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Directly managing and developing BDRs (Associate Growth Advisors) and Account Executives (Growth Advisors)
  • Responsible for attracting, onboarding, and developing talent within our company through best-in-class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies
  • Managing sales teams and overseeing the business development process to ensure that lead nurture programs are in place, efforts are being maximized and the pipeline is growing.
  • Effectively communicating the value of proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
